Hotlines HT/G - Insulated lead out cable with a 1.6mm or 2.5mm galvanised steel core is used to carry power from the mains energiser unit to the fence line, to the earth spike and also for any other electric fence connections such as line to line, through vegetation etc.

Lead-out cable is insulated to 18,000 Volts and designed specifically for use with electric fencing. Never use ordinary house cable for electric fencing applications as this is only rated at 600 volts and may cause leakage to earth and other problems.

The 1.6mm lead-out cable is ideal for all typical electric fencing connections and in particular for use under gateways, when passed through conduit/plastic piping.

The 2.5mm lead-out cable is ideal for longer single runs connecting energiser to fence line where any power losses must be kept to a minimum. If necessary, the lead out cable can be extended by using the HT Cable Connector (see related products below).

1.6mm core Lead-Out Cable is available in 10m 25m, 50m, and 100m lengths, please select the required length above.

2.5mm core Lead-Out Cable is available in 50m lengths.

Use the HT Cable Connector to join lengths of lead-out cable together and always chose a suitable connector from our accessories section for connections to other materials.
